1. Acceptance of Terms

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR 36JLL ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 36JLL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting 36jll customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with Philippine law.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

12.2 Entire Agreement
